- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch by contacting support.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
We may cancel orders if:
- Product is out of stock.
- Fraudulent order is suspected.
- Incorrect details provided.
- If canceled before dispatch, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Disclaimer: By placing an order on Best of Buy, you acknowledge and agree to these policies,
including the requirement to submit a valid, unedited unboxing video within 30 minutes of delivery
for any return or refund claim. Claims submitted after this period, or without proof, will not be considered.
