- No warranty or guarantee is provided on product life, polish, or color.
- Orders are accepted through our website only.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).
- Repeated COD refusals may lead to suspension of COD service for that customer.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on location.
- Delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather, or festivals are beyond our control.
- Customers must provide correct shipping details; we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.
- Returns are accepted only if the wrong product is sent or the item is damaged in transit.
- Customers must provide a valid, unedited unboxing video within 30 minutes of delivery.
- Refunds are issued only after claim verification, and within 7–10 business days.
- No refunds for dissatisfaction, wear & tear, or polish fading.

- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Disclaimer: By placing an order on Best of Buy, you acknowledge and agree to these policies,
including the requirement to submit a valid, unedited unboxing video within 30 minutes of delivery
for any return or refund claim. Claims submitted after this period, or without proof, will not be considered.
