- Order canceled before dispatch.
- Wrong/damaged product verified with unboxing video submitted within 30 minutes of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Online payments → refunded to original payment method.
- COD orders → refunded via bank transfer/UPI only.
- Claims submitted after 30 minutes of delivery.
- Claims without valid unboxing video.
- Product dissatisfaction after use.
- Polish fading or wear & tear over time.
- Each order is eligible for one claim review only.
- Our verification team’s decision is final.
Disclaimer: By placing an order on Best of Buy, you acknowledge and agree to these policies,
