- Yes, orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product is sent, OR
- The item is damaged during delivery.
- A valid, unedited unboxing video must be provided within 30 minutes of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 7β10 business days after claim verification.
- Online payments β refunded to original method.
- COD β refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
- Orders are delivered within 3β7 business days depending on your location.
- Delays due to courier companies or festivals are beyond our control.
- No exchanges are allowed after delivery.
- Only wrong/damaged items (reported within 30 minutes with video proof) qualify for return/refund.
Refusing COD orders repeatedly may lead to blocking COD service for your account/address.
