- We sell imitation/fashion jewelry โ no warranty or guarantee on color, polish, or product life.
- Returns are not accepted after delivery unless the item received is wrong or damaged.
- Wrong product delivered (different from invoice).
- Item damaged during transit (visible in unboxing video).
- Customers must provide a clear unboxing video from package opening to product check.
- Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Color/polish fading, minor scratches, wear & tear.
- Dissatisfaction with look, size, or weight.
- Products used after delivery.
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required.
- Video must clearly show:
- Sealed parcel (all sides).
- Shipping label with name, address & order ID.
- Parcel being opened fully on camera.
- Product shown from all angles in proper lighting.
- Any return claim must be submitted within 30 minutes of delivery.
- Claims without the required unboxing video or submitted after 30 minutes will not be accepted.
Disclaimer: By placing an order on Best of Buy, you acknowledge and agree to these policies,
including the requirement to submit a valid, unedited unboxing video within 30 minutes of delivery
for any return or refund claim. Claims submitted after this period, or without proof, will not be considered.
